Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following fields:

    • MBA (Marketing or Communications)
      Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing institutional or campaign-level social media platforms

Skills Required

  • Strong social media management expertise

  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and X (Twitter) tools

  • Experience with Buffer, Canva, and analytics platforms

  • Excellent content writing and storytelling skills

  • Fluency in English and Urdu

Job Description

Social Media Manager Ministry of Climate Change (MOCC), Government of Pakistan, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and strengthen its Social Media Manager  presence. This role is ideal for a dynamic communication professional who understands the power of social media in shaping public awareness, engagement, and advocacy, particularly in the context of climate change and environmental initiatives.

Social Media Manager selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Ministry’s official social media platforms including X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The Social Media Manager will ensure that all online communications align with the Ministry’s strategic communication goals and effectively inform and engage Social Media Manager public on climate policies, initiatives, and environmental awareness campaigns.
